Your emails go to spam and nothing tells you.

Your report says sent. Gmail says spam. Since February 2024 Gmail checks three DNS records before it delivers anything, and if one is missing your mail quietly disappears. Type your domain below and see which one you are missing. It takes one second and costs nothing.

The rules changed in 2024. Most senders still do not know.

These are Google's own numbers, not ours. Break any of them and your mail stops arriving. The free check tells you where you stand in one second.

messages to Gmail in one day is the line where you count as a bulk sender and the requirements apply.

Good copy does not help here. Perfect emails with a missing DMARC record are emails nobody reads. Your dashboard keeps showing green because it counts sends, not inboxes.

Three lessons. Free. No sign up.

Read them in an hour and stop losing mail to spam. We only ask for your email if you want the written fix for your own domain.

Lesson 01

Email deliverability

Your mail lands in spam and you cannot see it. This lesson shows the three records that fix it.

  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC in plain language
  • Why two out of three is zero
  • What a complaint rate really measures
  • Warming a domain without theatre
Lesson 02

Drip campaign timing

You send the follow up two days late and wonder why nobody replies. This lesson shows how to pick the wait.

  • Why twenty minutes beats two days
  • Event driven against calendar driven
  • The quiet cost of a nightly batch
  • When to stop sending entirely
Lesson 03

Lead scoring and handover

Warm leads sit in a queue nobody opens. This lesson shows how to hand them to a person before they go cold.

  • What makes a lead worth a call
  • Scoring without inventing numbers
  • The handover that does not get dropped
  • Measuring the sequence, not the send

Two things that cost other people money.

Both are public and you can check them yourself. We explain what they mean for you.

Google and Yahoo · February 2024

The day authentication stopped being optional

Gmail and Yahoo started demanding SPF, DKIM and DMARC together. Companies that had sent mail for ten years on one SPF record suddenly stopped arriving. No bounce, no error, no warning. Their open rates just fell and nobody could say why.

What it means for you: you will not be told. Check the three records yourself, today, or keep paying for mail nobody sees.

Any sequence · the second email

Where sequences actually break

Somebody writes the first email carefully. The second one goes to everybody, the same text, whatever they did. People who already bought get asked to buy. People who never opened get the same message twice. That is when they unsubscribe.

What it means for you: one condition after the first email fixes it. No new tool, no budget. Ten minutes of work.

Check your domain now. It takes one second.

We read your real DNS records, the same ones Gmail reads. You see every problem for free. Leave your email only if you want us to write out the fix and look at it with you.

Is your mail going to spam?

Type your domain. We read the same DNS records Gmail reads before deciding where to put your email. Since February 2024 three of them are required. Most domains we check are missing at least one, and nobody ever told the owner.

Public DNS only. We store nothing and we do not send you anything unless you ask.

Free consultation

Stuck? Tell us where. We will look for free.

Mail going to spam, sequence that nobody answers, leads going cold in a queue. Write what is happening. We reply with what to fix first and why. No cost, no call, no pitch. If nothing is broken we tell you that too.

One guide per thing that breaks.

Short pages, no theory. Each one names a problem you have had and tells you what to do about it tomorrow.

05 / 06

Five questions. Then we tell you where your mail is going.

Nothing technical, nothing you need to look up. Answer five things about how you send, and we tell you which problem is yours and what to fix first.

The five question check 1 of 5

About a minute. We ask for your email at the end because a person writes the answer, and they need somewhere to send it.
